Robyn is Co-Owner of Overtime Fitness, passionate about making fitness accessible for everyone. She loves helping people transform their lives through commitment, lifestyle changes, and big goals. Robyn is dedicated to creating a supportive, family-like environment where everyone feels motivated and encouraged.
This Latino warrior began his fitness journey as a trainer in 2018. With a martial arts background spanning karate, kenpo, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu since the age of 4, he's a black belt in taekwondo. He also holds certifications in NASM Weight Loss and Fat Burning, Strong Nation Zumba, as well as Sports and Nutrition.
