This Latino warrior began his fitness journey as a trainer in 2018. With a martial arts background spanning karate, kenpo, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and a black belt in taekwondo. He also holds certifications in NASM Weight Loss & Fat Burning, Strong Nation Zumba, as well as Sports & Nutrition.

Candace believes yoga is the practice of finding your footing, on and off the mat. Her journey deepened in Mérida, Mexico, where her mat became a sanctuary through life's challenges. In her Yin and Hatha-Vinyasa classes at Overtime Fitness, you'll find a blend of mindful alignment and playful curiosity.
